Rebla Water offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, weekends, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Once your order has entered the fulfillment process, it may no longer be modified or canceled.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@reblawater.com. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to modify, intercept, or cancel the shipment.
Rebla Water is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
Some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
Partial Shipments
In certain situations, items within the same order may ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they enter the fulfillment process.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly at support@reblawater.com.
Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging.
Claims may require verification with the shipping carrier before a replacement, reshipment, or refund can be issued. We will review each case individually and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Third-Party Marketplace Orders
This Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made directly through reblawater.com.
Orders placed through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces are subject to the shipping, delivery, and customer service policies of the marketplace where the order was placed.
