Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next scheduled order is processed.
Customers can manage or cancel their subscription through their customer account or by contacting us at support@reblawater.com.
Once a subscription renewal order has been processed or submitted for fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or reversed. Any eligible return will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring orders and charges only. It does not affect any order that has already been processed, shipped, or delivered.
Billing
Your selected payment method will be automatically charged on each scheduled renewal date unless your subscription is canceled before the next renewal order is processed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information and payment method remain current and valid.
Subscription Changes
Customers may update their shipping address, payment method, or other subscription preferences through their customer account before the next renewal order is processed.
Changes requested after an order has entered processing may not be applied until the following renewal.
