Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Have never been connected to a water supply or exposed to water
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original components, accessories, fittings, manuals, and packaging
Products that have been installed, used, connected to a water supply, exposed to water, damaged, altered, or returned with missing parts are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they enter the fulfillment process.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, contact us at support@reblawater.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Approved returns should be sent only to the return address provided by our support team. Do not send products to our business address unless specifically instructed to do so.
Return Shipping
If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Rebla Water will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Rebla Water is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
Returned products should be securely packaged to help prevent damage during return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@reblawater.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused without prior authorization from Rebla Water, any return shipping fees or carrier charges may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product caused by us.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, or exposed to water
- Products with missing parts or accessories
- Products damaged after delivery
- Used or opened replacement filters
- Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or retailers
Amazon & Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
Products purchased through Amazon or other authorized third-party marketplaces are subject to the return and refund policies of the marketplace or retailer where the purchase was made. We cannot process returns or refunds for orders placed through third-party marketplaces.
Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
